Refund & Cancellation

Our goal is your 100% satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier. Once an order is "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products (skincare/haircare), we only accept returns if:

  • The product received is damaged or leaked.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product has passed its expiry date at the time of delivery.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details for a bank transfer.
